This HW30S has a specially tuned power plant that limits potential velocity to 150m/s or 495 fps with a .177 lead pellet, which permits purchase by anyone who appreciates the superb quality work coming out of one of Germany's finest air gun factories.   The 30S is fitted with the superb " Rekord " trigger unit  ( adjustable to under 2 pounds ) and the receiver is grooved for mounting a scope ( not included ).  We recommend lighter .177 pellets for use in this model to maintain as flat of trajectory as possible and to extend the range of this lower power rifle.  Good pellet choices would include JSB RS 7.33 grains, JSB Exact 8.4 grains, RWS Superdome 8.3 grains.

It should be noted that this rifle can be sent in for a upgrade to full power by our service department at any time if purchased prior to acquiring a PAL.  Please feel free to inquire by email for a quote.
