Product Information Moly Paste - 2 ounce Gunsmith Jar Imported by Innova Airsport, this superior lubricant contains no less than 70% Molybdenum Disulfide by weight providing the greatest metal to metal protection available to prevent galling and premature wearing of metal components. Use for barrel hinge points, cocking shoes, mainspring guides/inside diameters of mainsprings, compression tubes, outside surfaces of pistons and piston seal skirts. Do not apply to compression tubes forward of the piston seal face or the piston seal face itself as this can cause dieseling and possible damage to internal components. According to the manufacturer, pure moly mixtures are the best for maximum lubricity and adding inexpensive additives such as graphite or any other fillers will not increase the benefits over using a high quality, un-diluted moly lubricant.
