Port Orford Premium Shafts 11/32" x 65-70# Spine
These shafts are handgraded by the pros at Rose City for Specialty Shooting Sports so that our customers can expect the best quality, straightest grain and smoothest finished wood available. These arrows are inherently straighter out of the box, and will take a stain better than the select grade. Upon arriving at our facility, the shafts are put through an intensive final grading which includes the weighing of each shaft on a digital scale and a re-spining to guarantee matched one dozen bundles with a 5lb spine variance and within 20 grain weight variance. It is our opinion that the slightly higher cost of premium vs select shafting is money well spent as you will see tighter arrow groups and better performance from your bow. After many years (close to 20 in fact) of selling traditional archery equipment and handling many different kinds of shafting, we can honestly state that the Premium cedar from RCA is the very best available on the market today.
